A full week under the warm November sun in Ibiza: to move, and to recharge

The retreat program will combine best practices of Yoga, Primal Moves (natural movement) and Breathwork. We take time for meditation, mindfulness practices and Pranayama. Deep dive workshops in the late afternoon focussing on Backbending, Handstands & flexibility. You choose the intensity of the retreat! All parts of the program are optional: if some days you prefer to sleep a bit longer you can join just for the Asana practice or if in the afternoon your body tells you to rest and chill by the pool then you can do that instead of another 2 hours of practice.

All levels of practice are welcome. I teach multi-level: beginners will get a proper foundation for their practice, experienced students will be challenged with different variations. The group is relatively small, so I’ll have proper time to work with everyone individually.

During the days I’ll open the space for reflexion and personal growth; with journaling prompts and sometimes a sharing circle to understand ourselves as part of the collective.

  • Your spot is secured by a deposit of €350. The remaining amount is paid directly on location.

  • In case of cancellation:

    The deposit is non-refundable, but can be used for any future retreat/event.

    100% of the remaining amount until 1 month in advance.

    50% of the full price until 2 weeks in advance, no refund after that, unless we find someone to fill the spot

  • Out of the season rental cars are VERY cheap in Ibiza. I’ll make sure to put the group in contact with each other ahead of the retreat so the cars can be shared if preferred.

    It’s possible to take a taxi from the airport straight to the retreat villa. More information coming soon.

  • Is the retreat suitable for beginners?

    Yes, all levels are welcome. My classes are multi-level with variations based on your experience. I’m working with each person individually on their needs and progress.
